Privacy Policy

Lead Book is a private lead management tool operated by Leads Options for its own business. It is not offered to the public, and only accounts approved by Leads Options can sign in.

Google account data

When an approved user connects their own Google account, Lead Book asks for these permissions and uses them only for the purposes listed:

• userinfo.email: Show which Google account is connected.
• gmail.modify: Read incoming emails to find client leads and add labels so the inbox matches each lead's folder. Lead Book does not send or delete email.
• calendar.events: Add, update and remove appointments for leads on the connected calendar.
• drive.file: Save site pictures and other files you add in Lead Book to a Lead Book folder in your Drive. It cannot see other files in Drive.

How the data is used and stored

• Lead details taken from emails are stored in a private database so they can be managed in Lead Book.
• Data is used only to run Lead Book for Leads Options. It is not sold, shared or used for advertising.
• Each approved user has a separate Lead Book. A user's leads, calendar and files are visible only to that user.
• Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown in the app.

Lead Book's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access and data

Google access can be removed at any time from the Google account's third-party connections page. Leads Options can ask for its stored data to be deleted at any time.
